We were asked to rebrand Big Mike's Subs as they moved into national franchising and decided to find a new identity to avoid constant legal challenges to every other "Big Mike" they may come across as they opened in new territory. We took them through a complete competitive analysis, as well as consumer testing new directions we had developed for them. The slightly retro look was inspired by the owners vast collection of 1950s and 60s music and memorabilia.

Outdoor took on a similar tone and stood out with the use of an extension to the board.
The speech bubbles made for good fun instore as well.
Bumper stickers were given away at the counter and were a continuation of the snarky tone
